Job Position: Brand Development Manager

Job Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business
  2. Ensure company’s target branding, corporate image making, planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
  3. Present and develop new products
  4. Work with a team to develop proposals that speak to the client’s needs, concerns and objectives.
  5. Present an image that mirrors that of the client.
  6. Client Retention and lead generation.
  7. Present and develop new products, services and enhance existing relationships.
  8. Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
  9. Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.
  10. Business Development Planning.
  11. Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
  12. Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products and distribution channels.
  13. Identify opportunities for campaigns, services and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
  14. Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiation.
  15. Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team.
  16. Present business development training and mentoring to business developers and other internal staff.
  17. Ensure Savings targets are met.

Job Requirements

  • B.Sc / HND in Business Administration or a related field
  • 5- 6 years of experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role.
  • Experience in leading business development team
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Critical thinker and problem solver
  • Great communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in a business development or sales manager.
  • Age: 30-45 years.
