Job Position: Brand Manager

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Job Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for developing and executing the brand strategy, based on customer and trend research to drive objectives for the division – growth awareness, brand health etc
  2. Setting the style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for both short and long term
  3. Analyze our brand positioning and consumer insights
  4. Shape and communicate the brands vision and mission
  5. Planning and execution of communication across online and offline platforms
  6. Responsible for the Marketing budget.
  7. Excellent communication skills and is able to think creatively
  8. Highly analytical able to monitor trends to craft strategy and translate strategy into brand plans
  9. Solid understanding of marketing levers, and consumer insights.

Job Requirements

  1. Must be educated to Degree level
  2. Previous experience in similar role is essential with at least minimum of 5 years experience.
  3. Team player with leadership capability
  4. Strong interpersonal skills with ability to seek and develop new relationships.
  5. Strong verbal and written communication skills
  6. Previous experience of working in hospitality industry will be desirable.
  7. Commitment and integrity.
