Job Position: Business Analyst
Job Location: Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Understanding strategic business needs and plans for growth.
- Carry out research on new and existing products, and carry out comparative analysis
- Design frameworks for operations along existing organisational goals.
- Preparing and analysing varying business models for products and services.
- Identifying, sourcing and guiding the implementation on new technology products
- Utilizing IT data for business insights.
- Analysing business needs and data to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with team members to understand organizational and operational challenges of customers.
- Keep up to date and inform organization on trends within the sector.
- Draft statistical reports that assist decision-makers in choosing the right programs.
- Manage technical difficulties, working with developers when necessary.
- Implementing new advancements in the field of system and enterprise architecture.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc Degree in Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in relevant role
- Demonstrable track record of work experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to manage multiple projects from beginning to completion
- Familiar with various types of project management and business analysis software.
- Credible and confident communicator (written and verbal) at all levels.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Passionate about achieving high levels of excellence.
- Highly energized and motivated with a high level of commitment.
