Job Position: PA / Business Developer

Job Location: Surulere, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Define and see to the achievement of monthly and yearly sales targets.
  2. Develop and implement strategies for your team to support the organization’s objectives.
  3. Research organizations and individuals to find new business opportunities.
  4. Develop quotes, proposals, and arrange business meetings with clients, and close business deals.
  5. Building market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.
  6. Identifying and developing business opportunities for landscape services.
  7. Proactively initiating and engaging sales calls to new prospects.
  8. Defining and following up on yearly targets and objectives.
  9. Developing and implementing strategies for new services.
  10. Determining new opportunities by analyzing business needs.
  11. Identifying, evaluating, and pursuing potential key sales prospects.
  12. Real estate sales; ensures marketing, analyses, due diligence, credit presentation, and legal documentation.
  13. Ensuring high-level engagement with the management team as regards business research, strategy, analysis, and development.
  14. Developing annual sales goals.
  15. Ensuring the achievement and completion of monthly targets.
  16. Developing and delivering business plans through carrying out research.
  17. Formulating market analysis and delivering accurate business reports.
  18. Closing new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts.
  19. Locating potential business deals by contacting potential customers; discovering and exploring opportunities.
  20. Protecting the organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
  21. Interfacing with existing strategic customers to solidify mutual expectations of performance and growth.
  22. Building referral and lead generation network.
  23. Interface and build long-term relationships with existing and new customers.
  24. Prepare business insights, market reports, and monthly reports and present them to the management team.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND qualification with 2 – 7 years work experience.
  • Must live close to Surulere Area in Lagos State.

Remuneration
Monthly Basic Salary:

  • Very Attractive.
