Backpacking Global Awareness Initiative (BGAI) a not-for-profit organization with a focus on the education of the importance of growing our local tourism; the empowerment of locals in host communities, helping to develop and influence government policies geared towards sustainable tourism, and the advocacy for the conservation and preservation of nature (eco-tourism, greenlife, climate change, green/clean energy), wildlife and marine life.

Job description:
- Develop value proposition of BGAI and BPL business
- Achieve Sales Revenue targets quarterly and yearly.
- Partnership manager for BGAI/BPL
- Consolidate and aggregate all business opportunities within BGAI/BPL
- Acquire and retain existing corporate clients
- Design and execute private and general tours and events, both locally and internally
- Ability to crunch numbers, forecasting, and attainment.
- A self-starter, intrinsically motivated individual, and one who loves nature, traveling, and excellent in relationship management.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Sales or any First Degree.
- Must own his/her work tools
- Ability to work with little or no supervision
Salary:
N70,000 – N100,000 (plus deal incentives)
