Job Position: Business Development Executive
Job Location: Yaba, Lagos
- We are seeking to hire an experienced and result oriented Business Development Executive to join our team.
- The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in driving sales growth, establishing and nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the expansion of our business.
- This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of market trends in the tech space.
Business and Sale Growth:
- Develop and execute sales and business strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and markets for expansion.
- Proactively seek out potential clients and engage in lead generation activities.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our digital products/services and effectively communicate their value propositions to potential clients.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct regular reviews, checks and follow-ups to assess client satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Anticipate client needs and propose solutions to enhance their experience and meet their evolving requirements.
Business Development Initiative:
- Research and analyze market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new digital products or tailor existing ones to meet market demands.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to represent the company and expand the client base.
- Prepare compelling proposals and presentations tailored to the needs and objectives of potential clients.
- Clearly articulate the company’s value proposition, unique selling points, and competitive advantages.
- Collaborate with our teams, including marketing and software development, to align sales efforts with company objectives.
- Provide regular updates on business and sales activities, achievements, and challenges to the management team.
- B.Sc or HND in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of at least 3 years experience in sales and business development roles, preferably in software development and IT training company.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Results-driven mindset with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
