- As a Business Development Executive, you are responsible for identifying potential business opportunities, building relationships with clients and partners, and driving the growth of our company.
- You will also analyze market trends, gather feedback from our customers, and collaborate with the teams in our Organization to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential opportunities, target audience, and emerging trends.
- Analyze market data, competitor strategies, and customer behavior to develop informed business strategies.
- Identify and qualify leads through various methods, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
- Maintain a database of potential clients and partners for outreach
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Understand their needs, concerns, and preferences to tailor solutions effectively.
- Develop comprehensive business development strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Determine target markets, value propositions, and entry strategies for new markets.
Pitching and Presentations:
- Craft compelling presentations and pitches that effectively communicate the company’s value proposition to clients and partners.

Negotiation and Deal Closure:

- Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field with 3 – 5 years relevant work experience.
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or a related field is required.
- Strong communication skills for effective presentations, negotiations, and relationship-building
- Problem-solving abilities to address challenges and seize opportunities.
- Proficiency in using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software and sales tool.
- Ability to conduct thorough market research to identify potential opportunities and trend.
- Understanding of sales techniques, funnel management, and closing deals
