Job Position: Business Development Executive

Job Location: Surulere, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Increase overall sales efficiency and profitability through excellent salesmanship.
  2. Build strong relationships with customers, clients, and business partners.
  3. Perform marketing research to identify new businesses
  4. Engage with executives to establish strategies for pursuing those new opportunities.
  5. Create and improve proposals for both new and existing clients.
  6. Create a robust sales lead generation pipeline
  7. Conversion of leads to sales
  8. Presentation of products to groups and organizations
  9. Ensure prompt service delivery and maintaining an acceptable turnaround time
  10. Advise clients on new products and services
  11. Receive feedback from clients
  12. Prepare weekly and monthly report on sales activities and ensure submission of both weekly/monthly reports/plans
  13. Give support to team leads and sales supervisors

Job Requirements

  1. HND / B.Sc in any related field
  2. At least 3 years experience in a similar role
  3. Excellent presentation skill
  4. Relevant trainings, in sales and development
  5. Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  6. Good negotiation / deal closing skills
  7. Must have been winning contracts through that medium
  8. Must have a flair for direct sales/ marketing
  9. Good spoken and written English
  10. Very smart and articulate
  11. Knowledge of research tools and access to market research
  12. Knowledge of sales techniques and people motivation.
