Job Position: Business Development Executive (Real Estate)

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships Identify and develop business opportunities for the company.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues
  2. Proactively initiate and engage sales calls to new prospects.
  3. Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts;
  4. Locates potential business deals by contacting potential customers; discovering and exploring opportunities.
  5. Interface with existing strategic customers to solidify mutual expectations of performance and growth.
  6. Develop and implement strategies for new services.
  7. Determine new opportunities by analyzing business needs.
  8. Assists in the development of annual sales goals.
  9. Develop and deliver the business plans through carrying out research, market analysis, and delivering accurate business reports.
  10. Build referral and lead generation network.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management / Marketing or other relevant fields
  2. Minimum of 2 years of Business Development/ Sales experience, preferably with relevant experience in the real estate industry
  3. Market research experience
  4. Proven ability to work independently
  5. A pro-active self-starter who can operate both individually and as part of a team
