Job Position: Business Development Executive / Sales / Freelance Marketer

Job Location: Island, Lagos

Job Description

  • The marketers will be responsible for marketing, advertising and the promotional activities of the company and must be able to take steps to measure, enhance, and enrich the position and goals of the company through various goals and objectives.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services.
  2. available for flexible & aggressive marketing of real estate.
  3. Must be able to Present purchase offers to sellers for consideration.
  4. Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers.
  5. Act as an intermediary in negotiations between Le’venu & prospects
  6. Answer clients’ questions regarding construction work, financing, maintenance, repairs, and appraisals our services
  7. Inspect the condition of premises, and arrange for necessary maintenance or notify owners of maintenance needs.
  8. Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of property, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they are visiting.
  9. Advise sellers on how to make homes more appealing to potential buyers.
  10. Arrange meetings between buyers and sellers when details of transactions need to be negotiated.
  11. Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.
  12. Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds.
  13. Compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold in order to determine its competitive market price.
  14. Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.

Job Requirements

  1. Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields with 1 – 4 years work experience.
  2. Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (Required)

Salary / Conditions

  • Up to ₦70,000.00 per month & very attractive commission on sales
  • Ability to commute / relocate.
