Job Position: Business Development Executive

Job Locations: Mainland and Island, Lagos

Job Description

  • The successful candidate would carry out research, document preparation, engagement and conversion of high net individual sales for its suites of services.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
  2. Cold call as appropriate within the Lagos area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  3. Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging the organization network.
  4. Identify potential clients and decision-makers within the client organization.
  5. Research and build relationships with new clients.
  6. Set up meetings between client decision-makers and the company’s practice leaders/Principals.
  7. Plan approaches and pitches.
  8. Work with team to develop proposals that speak to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
  9. Participate in pricing the solution/service.
  10. Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a definite conclusion.
  11. Use a variety of professional styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.
  12. Present an image that mirrors that of the client.
  13. Conduct environmental scanning.
  14. Close deals.

Job Requirements

  1. Minimum of Master’s Degree or Second class upper First-Degree Person specification
  2. Excellent Communication (written and spoken)
  3. Possess the virtue of integrity
  4. Proficient in IT (Microsoft package)
  5. Business Development Management track records, has Great Interpersonal skills, self-motivated and able to take initiative.

Person Specification:

  • Experience: 3-5 years-High Net Individual Sales Experience and understanding of Lagos’ Commercial landscape is Critical


  • Wage: N120,000 – N150,000 monthly.
  • Bonus: Between N250,000 – N300,000 Naira per quarter, subject to performance.
