Job Position: Senior Business Development Executive (Oil & Gas)

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

  1. Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s business and equipment needs.
  2. Responsible for increasing business revenue through business expansion and fostering profitability by building strategic relationship with decision makers in the oil and gas sector.
  3. Ensuring customers satisfaction, exceeding targets, generating income, and providing value for clients. Accordingly, should have well-developed contacts at senior levels in private sector.
  4. Build and monitor sales pipeline by developing and driving managing sales activities plans across the year. Perform market research identify new opportunities and engage with executives establish strategies for pursuing those new opportunities.
  5. Identifying, recommending, and generating new business opportunities, negotiating, and managing relationship with tactical partners in line with corporate goals.
  6. Provide detailed report, statistics, and status of pending contract the management on monthly business performance for personal sales target and team sales performance.
  7. Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships. Collaborate with the Procurement team ensure contracted product specifications are executed on time and as agreed.
  8. Pipeline Management: Monitor sales pipeline by developing and tracking sales activities across the year. Familiarize with knowledge of Structured Groups’ products and services; maintain knowledge of key competitor offerings.
  9. Handle and manage all Structured Groups clients’ accounts assigned tyou.
  10. Actively participate in bidding and ensuring that all bids are won.
  11. Monitor client feedback and satisfaction with the company, products, and offerings.
  12. Routinely meet with clients ensure satisfaction and address any potential issues appropriately.
  13. Create and improve proposals for our existing and new clients. Prepare and present formal quotations clients.
  14. Prepare internal weekly sales reports and present Direct Report.
  15. Network with investors and other business partners generate new leads.
  16. Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings.
  17. Communicating new product developments prospective clients.
  18. Keep prospective client database updated.
  19. Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
  20. Researching business opportunities and viable income streams.

Job Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience as a Business Development Professional in the oil and gas, marine or related industry.
  • Proven sales track records. Proven Business and Sales Development experience in the Banking, Telecommunications, Oil and Gas Sector. Good Negotiation and Networking skill.
  • Strong commercial skills.
  • Excellent communication and influential skills.
  • Excellent Presentation Skills.
  • Great organizational and team player skills. Good project management skills, ability multitask and meet deadlines. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite i.e., Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Salary
N350,000 – N400,000 monthly.
