Job Position: Business Development / Venture Studio Intern

Job Location: Magodo, Lagos

Job Description

  1. Negotiation meetings, Pitches & Presentations for 8thGear Hub.
  2. Response to RFPs, BIDs, Online Applications for 8thGear Hub.
  3. Preparation of concept notes, business proposals, pitch decks and other communication materials for 8thGear Hub and external clients.
  4. Business Strategy support to Portfolio companies and Hub customers.
  5. Customer retention for our Hub services clients.
  6. 8thGear Hub Services Sales.
  7. Build rapport with new and existing customers.
  8. Develop and implement an active growth strategy for 8thGear.
  9. Ability to meet up with KPI’s set for the year.
  10. Upselling and cross-selling current customers.
  11. Coordinating with the Marketing & Comms team on leads generation for 8thGear
  12. Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales analysts and interns.
  13. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  14. Having in-depth knowledge of the services rendered and value proposition.
  15. Reporting on successes and areas that need improving.
  16. Provide after sales support to clients and collate feedback via customer satisfaction surveys.
  17. Promote the company’s services addressing or predicting clients objectives and handling objections.
  18. Promoting sales on all hub services.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification.
  • 0 – 2 years work experience.
