Job Position: Business Development Manager

Job Description

  • Our client needs a candidate who will be responsible for developing new sales channels for the company products.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Generate leads and drive new business development within the assigned sector, responsible for the process from prospecting to customer satisfaction.
  2. Convert leads to active & regular continuous business by understanding the customer’s requirement and maximizing business with each customer.
  3. Identify and prospect relevant B2B stakeholders (business owners, procurement managers, etc.)
  4. Maintain a strong pipeline and customer relationships, ensuring the division can consistently generate new leads.
  5. Follow up with customers after sales; ensuring quality assurance, customer satisfaction, and repeat purchase.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any relevant field
  2. Minimum of 5 years experience working as a Business Development Manager, BD Officer or Marketing Consultant.
  3. Previous experience in B2B business within several sectors.
  4. Proven experience or relationship in any of these industries: aviation, banking, oil & gas, hospitality, and religious bodies.
  5. Strong networking skills and the ability to persuade clients and close sales.
  6. In-depth knowledge of marketing principles and best practices.
  7. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
