Job Responsibilities
Market Research and Analysis:

  1. Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive insights.
  2. Analyze market data to develop targeted marketing strategies.

Lead Generation and Prospecting:

  1. Identify and qualify new leads through various channels including networking events, online platforms, and industry associations.
  2. Create and manage a robust lead pipeline.

Client Relationship Management:

  1. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  2. Act as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and ensuring client satisfaction.

Proposal Development and Presentation:

  1. Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to meet client requirements.
  2. Deliver engaging presentations to potential clients.

Contract Negotiation and Closure:

  1. Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  2. Proven track record of at least 8 years in business development, sales, or a related role in a marketing agency.
  3. Strong understanding of the advertising industry
  4. Strong understanding of advertising, branding, and marketing principles.
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
