Job Description

  1. Responsible for the Ideation, development and commercialization of substantially new products and services on the agent banking channel.
  2. Determination of product pricing by utilizing market research data.
  3. Reviewing associated product costs and anticipating product volume.
  4. Drive effective support to agents.
  5. Revenue assurance.
  6. Coordinate promotion activities including agreed marketing activities and branding of agents locations to create product awareness and drive transaction numbers.
  7. Identify bottlenecks in process flows and products for effectiveness.
  8. Create and drive Go-To-Market strategies for new products or enhancements to the agent banking channel.
  9. Drive effective initial and refresher training of agents and field officers.
  10. Collaborate with local partners to increase service options on agents.
