Job Description
- Business Development Manager (BDM) is a sales role responsible for setting appointments with qualified prospects to be distributed to the sales team. This is a full-time, base plus commission position.
- As a member of the Freedom team, they will enhance sales process and strategies while consistently leading the team and positively impacting those around them
Job Responsibilities
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
- Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND with 1 – 3 years work experience.
- You must be able to work under pressure.
- Must have good communication skills.
Salary
N75,000 – N120,000 monthly.
