Job Position: Business Development / Office Administrator

Job Location: Lagos Island, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Ensure timely post and update on all social media handles
  2. Manage proposals and conduct research on potential client
  3. Identify, develop and target growth strategies for financial gains
  4. Evaluate administrative staff performance
  5. Review and approve supply requisitions
  6. Ensure all Bills are paid promptly
  7. Check stock to determine inventory levels
  8. Monitor and approve vendor needs for seminar
  9. Liaise with partners on seminar facilitators and guest list
  10. Design and implement office policies
  11. Ensure personnel files are up to date and secure
  12. Process staff salaries and benefits

Job Requirements

  1. Candidates should possess a Degree in Business Administration or Office Administration / Management, Finance or other relevant degree
  2. Minimum of 5 years working experience
  3. Computer skills including Ms Office Suite, Outlook programs, and e-mail at a highly proficient level
  4. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 / Month
