Job Position: Business Development Officer

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Responsibilities
Market Analysis and Strategy:

  1. Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for business growth within the telehealth sector.
  2. Develop comprehensive business strategies to penetrate new markets and enhance the company’s competitive position.

Lead Generation and Prospecting:

  1. Proactively identify and engage with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders to establish meaningful relationships.
  2. Utilize various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events, to generate leads and foster business development opportunities.

Partnership Development:

  1. Collaborate with healthcare organizations, insurance providers, and other relevant entities to explore partnership opportunities and mutually beneficial collaborations.
  2. Negotiate and establish strategic alliances to enhance the company’s service offerings and market reach.

Client Relationship Management:

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
  2. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and aligning our telehealth solutions to meet those requirements.

Sales and Revenue Generation:

  1. Drive the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  2. Prepare and present compelling proposals, demonstrating the value of our telehealth solutions to potential clients.

Communication and Reporting:

  1. Communicate effectively with internal teams, providing regular updates on business development activities and progress toward goals.
  2. Prepare comprehensive reports on sales and business development metrics to inform decision-making.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the healthcare or telehealth industry.
  3. Strong understanding of the telehealth landscape, including industry trends, regulations, and competitive dynamics.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  6. Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
