Job Position: Business Development Officer

Job Location: Kano

Job Responsibilities

  1. Developing and sustaining solid relationships with company stakeholders and customers
  2. Analysing customer feedback data to determine whether customers are satisfied with company products and services.
  3. Recruiting, training, and guiding business development executive staff.
  4. Providing insight into product development and competitive positioning.
  5. Analysing financial data and developing effective strategies to reduce business costs and increase company profits.
  6. Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.
  7. Collaborating with company executives to determine the most viable, cost-effective approach to pursue new business opportunities.
  8. Meeting with potential investors to present company offerings and negotiate business deals.

Job Requirements

  1. HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Administration, Marketing, Social Sciences or related field.
  2. Proven experience working as a Marketing executives, Marketing Assistant/Office business development officer in a Healthcare Sector.
  3. Ideal candidate must be innovative, understand marketing niches and strategies
  4. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
  5. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Have ability to sale products of groups of companies at once
  7. Must have attention to details
  8. Must be a goal garter and aggressive marketer
  9. Excellent analytical, problem-solving and management skills.
  10. Effective communication skills.
  11. Strong business acumen.
  12. Must reside in Kano and understand the local language of the state(Hausa and English languages)
