Job Position: Business Development Officer

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

  1. Source for clients / customers.
  2. Engage and onboard customers.
  3. Developing and sustaining solid relationships with company stakeholders and customers.
  4. Analyzing customer feedback data to determine whether customers are satisfied with company products and services.
  5. Providing insight into product development and competitive positioning.
  6. Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.
  7. Collaborating with company executives to determine the most viable, cost-effective approach to pursue new business opportunities.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Administration, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or related field.
  2. At least 2 years working experience in business development role.
  3. Proven experience with a tech company and a business management platform is an added advantage.
  4. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
  5. The ability to travel as needed.
  6. The ability to work in a fintech environment.
  7. Excellent analytical, problem-solving and management skills.
  8. Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills.
  9. Effective communication skills.
  10. Strong business acumen.
  11. Detail-oriented.

Salary Range
N50,000 – N100,000 / Month.
