Job Position: Business Development Officer
Job Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
- We are currently partnering with a key player in the insurance industry to find a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Officer to contribute to the growth and success of their business.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and potential opportunities.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields
- Proven track record of success in business development within the insurance industry.
- Strong understanding of insurance products, services, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key partners.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a focus on exceeding targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, preferably within the insurance sector.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
