Job Position: Business Development / Sales Trainee

Job Description 

  • We are searching for individuals with raw talent and an intense drive for innovating and developing businesses while driving sales to join our marketing team.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Assist in the department’s lead generation efforts and actively pursue lead generation activities.
  2. Assist in maintaining a consistent pipeline of sales
  3. Promote the company’s existing brands and introduce new products to the market.
  4. Research and develop marketing opportunities and plans, understanding constomer’s requirements and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company’s marketing goals.
  5. Gather, investigate, and summarize market data and trends to draft reports.
  6. Assist in implementing new business development and sales plans
  7. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients

Job Requirements

  1. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree or HND with 1-3 yearsof work experience in Customer service, sales, and business development
  2. Professional with good communication skills with basic understanding of B2B Sales
  3. Experience working in a fast-paced environment with set targets
  4. Experience in brand/product activations is an advantage.
  5. Formal/Informal experience in branding/print industry is an advantage
  6. Tech-savvy
  7. Raw potential for innovationand business negotiation.
