Job Summary

Due to the business’s rapid expansion, we are currently recruiting talented and exceptional Sales Personnel across all our regional offices (55 Branches Nationwide) who are creative, passionate, and self-motivated to sell our Real Estate Products digitally and physically to achieve the organization’s goals.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  2. Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  3. Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  4. Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
  5. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  6. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  7. Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
  8. Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports

Job Requirements

  1. The candidate must possess a minimum of an OND certificate. B.Sc / HND an added advantage.
  2. Candidates with vast skills and experience in marketing and sales.
  3. A candidate with experience in customer relationships and management.
  4. Strong interpersonal and project management skills.
  5. Excellent communication skills.
