Job Position: Business Manager, Call2fix

Job Description

Business Functions

  1. Assess and identify new opportunities for growth in current and prospective markets
  2. Design business strategies and plans in ensuring the call2fix business is profitable
  3. Pitch business services to prospective clients
  4. Develop marketing strategies that reposition the call2fix business for profitability
  5. Enable the creation of new revenue opportunities for the company through venturing and business model innovation.
  6. Drive commercial viability of the Call2fix Service
  7. Articulate business intelligence to support business growth and services.
  8. Assessing new business opportunities with a strong revenue target in mind
  9. Maintaining strong and prosperous working relationships with important clients
  10. Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior managers, partners, and other stakeholders
  11. Execute the strategic innovation and venture development plan while working with key internal stakeholders (e.g., Finance teams, IT, legal, customer experience, sales, etc.).
  12. Work with internal & external networked resources to develop strategies that facilitate venture creation & commercialization.

Administrative Functions

  1. Oversee the registration of artisans on the Call2fix platform
  2. Run deep background checks on the recruited artisans before onboarding
  3. Ensure client complaints are quickly attended to
  4. Designing training programs and workshops for Facility Managers, Technicians, and other key service providers
  5. Ensure regular updates of internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
  6. Assure full compliance of all service providers with registration criteria and standards.
  7. Conduct periodic monitoring of the activities flowing through the Call2Fix platform.

Customer Relationship Management Functions

  1. Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features on the app
  2. Manage customers to identify, monitor, address, and eliminate all issues around customer quotation for any requests while ensuring the environmental, health, and safety issues relating to the same.
  3. Prepare and communicate status reports with top management

IT Operations

  1. Oversee data backup and system security operations (e.g., user authorization, firewalls)
  2. Assess system performance and recommend improvements
  3. Ensure the Call2fix platform such as the app and website are functioning optimally
  4. Resolve issues escalated by customers, technicians, and site engineers
  5. Work with UI/UX designers in ensuring the interface is user-friendly
  6. Stay abreast of technology waves and customer insights related to the company’s business lines.
  7. Troubleshooting and resolving any problems on the app or Call2fix website
  8. Work with a team of developers in performing diagnostic tests and debugging procedures, as well as improving code and re-designing tasks.
  9. Generate ideas for software innovation based on market trends.
  10. Document development processes, procedures, and application version histories.
  11. Monitor customer complaints on the Call2Fix platform and reach out to provide assistance
  12. Discuss new features and functionalities of the Call2fix apps with potential clients and stakeholders

Job Requirements

  1. B.Sc./B.Tech. in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or relevant field
  2. Minimum of 5 -7 years cognate experience as a Business Manager in an IT capacity
  3. Understanding of how CRM systems work
  4. Ideal candidate must have worked in a facility management environment
  5. Intermediate proficiency in programming languages, such as Java, SQL, .NET, and C. will be a huge plus
  6. Extensive experience in deploying, optimizing, and maintaining software.
  7. In-depth knowledge of managing IT Operations
  8. Thorough knowledge of networks and cloud computing
  9. Hands-on experience with different databases and complex IT systems
  10. In-depth knowledge of different research and data analysis procedures and methods
