Job Position: Senior Business Manager

Job Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities
We are looking for a Senior Business Manager with high business acumen whose core responsibilities will include:

  1. Understanding the nature of the business and able to create different predictive analysis for company expansion
  2. Providing business expertise to different departments based on company growth
  3. Must be able to work as a team player while liaising with different department heads such as Head of Sales, Head of IT, Head of Support etc
  4. Analyzing company financial data using accounting software to identify trends or problems with company operations
  5. Developing key business strategies to increase revenue by identifying new markets, products or services that meet customer needs
  6. Reviewing financial reports to assess business performance and make recommendations for improvement to the CEO
  7. Maintaining relationships with vendors, clients, and other contacts in order to ensure customer satisfaction and retention while working closely with head of departments.
  8. Setting and managing budgets in collaboration with Head of Sales unit by monitoring spending and initiating cost-cutting measures when necessary
  9. Creating long-term goals for the Business unit based on company objectives, requirements of industry standards, and customer needs
  10. Prepare weekly and monthly reports on company performance -reporting directly to the CEO
  11. Ensure business and general team sustainability is taking place per CEO’s vision.

Job Requirements

  1. Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields
  2. Minimum 5 years experience in IT Managerial and operations fields with very strong analytical background.
  3. Demonstrable experience in IT and business continuity together with the potential and attitude required to learn
  4. Knowledgeable on sales and relationship management along with experience in identifying and managing key market players
  5. Solid knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics,Excel,PPT)
  6. Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
  7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  8. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  9. Experience in managing large and diverse teams
  10. Experience working in a fast-growing IT firm (preferably).
