Job Position: Call Center Agent

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Make calls and manage incoming call
  2. Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions & alternatives within the time limits, follow up to ensure resolution
  3. Contacting customers daily/weekly and informing them of their overdue draft
  4. Following up with customers daily/weekly on previous payment redemption date
  5. Advising customers on the best payment options and negotiating suitable payment plans.

Job Requirements

  1. Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc qualification with 0 – 2 years work experience.
  2. Strong Written, Communication and Negotiation Skills.
  3. Ability to collaborate with a team in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Attention to detail and strong Listening skill.
  5. Must have an Android Phone.

N50,000 – N75,000 Monthly.
