Midstream Global Investment Limited, a leading internet finance company in Lagos State, is recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Position: Call Center/Collector Officer
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Meet with loan applicants to identify their needs and collect information for loan applications.
- Analyze active loan files on a regular basis and recommend solutions to speed up the loan process.
- Complete loan contracts and teach clients on policies and regulations.
- Interview applicants to define financial eligibility and establish debt payment plans.
- Monitor and update account records.
Job Requirements
- OND / HND / B.Sc in any field.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in the role.
- Excellent communication skills, attentive to details, confidence, smart, and a fast learner.
- Emotional Intelligence, empathy, and excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and be calm under pressure.
- Ability to work independently.
Salary
- N50,000 monthly plus weekly commission.
