Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years work experience as a chef and/or production supervisor in the hospitality industry
- In-depth knowledge of preparation of continental meals (as well as national meals)
- In-depth knowledge of standard food production methods and procedures.
- In-depth knowledge of working with food materials measurements and portions
- Good knowledge on the coordination of food production process and staff
- Minimum of OND qualification
- Knowledge of the use of excel is an advantage
Proposed Salary
N100,000 net
