Job Position: Civil / Structural Engineer

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Description

  1. Providing technical input into every aspect of the project
  2. Supervision and construction of civil structures
  3. Ensuring cost control, project scope and schedule management
  4. Drawing up work schedules and communicating any adjustments to line managers
  5. Completing quality assurance and providing feedback to the team.
  6. Provide schedules of works and coordinate all site activities.
  7. Provide supervision to sub-contractors assigned to the project.
  8. Preparing Schedule of Materials and manpower
  9. Preparing Work Chart Schedule
  10. Organizing the equipment and manpower necessary to complete the project.
  11. Responsible for maintaining safety and quality standards.
  12. Keeping detailed records of construction site activities.

Job Requirements

  1. Academic qualification – University degree in Civil Engineering.
  2. Minimum of 6 years post NYSC experience in Civil/structural engineering.
  3. Proficiency in Structural design/detailing
  4. Proven experience in building construction
  5. On-site construction planning and management
  6. Excellent Time management skills
  7. Proven ability to work with little supervision and collaboratively
  8. Solid organizational skills including attention to details
  9. Excellent oral, written communication skills and presentation skills
  10. A good understanding of HSE duties.

Salary
100,000.00 / month.
