Job Location: Surulere, Lagos
Job Description
- We currently seek an individual with a history of successful performance to function as a client relationship officer in our office in Lagos.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times and build sustainable relationships and trust through open and interactive communication
- Generate sales leads and retain existing clients.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- 2-3 years Working experience in a similar role.
- Experience working in a real estate and finance consulting company
- Commitment towards achieving optimum clients’ satisfaction
- Competence in using Microsoft Office and business software
- Solid command of English language
- Excellent negotiations and customer relations skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment; able to handle shifting priorities
- Highly organized with close attention to detail
- Experience/certification related to project management or CRM will be considered an asset.
- Be comfortable in working with minimal supervision.
