Job Position: Client Service Executive (Luxury Home & Furniture)

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Description

  1. Our client needs an experienced Client Support Service Executive to collaborate with both external customers and internal teams to deliver an excellent customer service experience.
  2. The role will act as the first point of call to respond to clients’ queries and resolve concerns through email, phone calls, and in-person or virtual meetings.
  3. S/he is to ensure they attract new and maintain existing clients by proactively providing solutions to the clients’ needs through the company’s product offering.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Attending professionally, smartly and cheerfully to all walk-in customers, ensuring to close all sales deals.
  2. Consistently ensuring all products displayed in the showroom are professionally arranged and regularly cleaned, including cleaning the interiors of the showroom. Thus, sustaining an excellent showroom ambience.
  3. Establishing, maintaining and expanding the company’s customer database.
  4. Servicing the needs of existing & new customers.
  5. Increasing business opportunities through various routes to marketing.
  6. Monitoring and operating classified equipment e.g., central music system, cctv, internet, etc.
  7. Meeting set sales target.
  8. Collecting customer feedback and carrying out market research and developing a robust 24hours customer service policy.
  9. Attract new and existing customers to the showroom regularly by proactively providing solutions to their needs through the company’s products offering.
  10. Maintaining an attractive & creative showroom presentation/display.
  11. Assist the client service manager in developing business-to-customer (b2c) initiatives to exceed 85% sales target on monthly basis.
  12. Assist the client service manager in developing and maintaining technologically driven sales initiative to drive sales exponentially. Ensuring the company is exceptionally active and visible in all social media channels.
  13. Receiving all incoming correspondences.
  14. Keep accurate records of stock both in the showroom and warehouse.
  15. Ensuring prompt delivery of customer’s goods, and in perfect condition all the time.
  16. Preparing quotations, proforma/sales invoice, receipts and waybill.
  17. Administration & documentation of staff clock-in & staff movement Schedule.
  18. Keep abreast of the company’s supplier’s list, products, data sheet, catalogues, technical information and price offerings via their websites.
  19. Any other assignment that may be assigned to you by your senior colleagues.

Job Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Architecture, Business Management / Admin, Social Sciences, Mass Communication or similar discipline, with a minimum grade of 2:1 or upper credit for HND graduate.
  • 2-3 years working experience in a similar industry as a sales executive or front desk officer.
  • Excellent customer service & sales skills.
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills.
  • Excellent phone and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, CRM and sales software. The use of autocad, sketchup and revit is an added advantage.
  • Good negotiating, creative thinking & problem-solving skills.
  • Fast learner and passion for sales
  • Great personality.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to drive with a valid driver’s license.

N100,000 – N150,000 monthly plus other benefits.
