Job Position: Community Manager

Job Location: Nigeria (Onsite)

Job Responsibilities

  1. Craft content strategies relevant to each platform – Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Linkedin as the lead platforms
  2. Translating the strategy into a detailed content and creative deployment plan
  3. Seeding in the thinking on how to leverage “influencers”
  4. Working with creative designers and taking full ownership of deployment from the social handles
  5. Setting up a system for responses to learners on social platforms for engaging in conversations
  6. Maintains a good relationship with the company and the community
  7. Establish systems to monitor performance to constantly enhance community engagement

Job Requirements

  1. 2-5 years of experience in independently seeding and/or scaling online communities, preferably on multiple social media platforms
  2. Ability to craft content thinking from scratch in line with brand identity
  3. Ability to work with designers to churn content at scale
  4. Enthusiasm about being able to connect with a large community of potential prospects
  5. Intellectual honesty, passion for excellence and ability to collaborate
  6. Full-time graduate or post-graduate degree
