Job Position: E-learning Content Developer

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • In a quest to attaining this goal, we are currently seeking the services of a eLearning content developer to Work closely with management and our overseas alliance partners, to provide uncommon value-adding solutions to our clients towards the achievement of their business objectives.

Job Responsibilities
The e-Learning content Developer will be responsible for:

  • Designing and creating engaging, effective e-learning courses. This includes creating SCORM content using storyline and other e-learning tools; building quizzes and interactivity; audio recording; testing of courses prior to their release; uploading courses in to the VLE; maintenance and refreshing of content in existing e-learning courses.
  • Reports the status of projects to the eLearning Co-ordinator.
  • Work with the eLearning Co-Ordinator to develop release and development timelines.

Job Requirements
This ideal candidate must possess the following:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Accounting or Business Administration with a 2:1 or relevant professional certifications
  2. Graduates with NYSC Certificate, have at least 2 years experience in any HTML 5 e-learning authoring tools like Articulate StoryLine 360 or Adobe Captivate.
  3. Be familiar with user-experience design.
  4. Have basic skills in front end web development (CSS, HTML and Java Script).
  5. Have good communication skills (oral & written).
  6. Be familiar with popular LMS like TalentLMS, Moodle, Blackboard, Google class etc.
  7. Have competency in script writing.
  8. Have e-commerce and LMS management experience.
  9. Leadership skills and smart.
