- Job Position: Content Writer (Intern)
- Job Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Job Responsibilities
- As the storyteller/scriptwriter, you’ll join the content development team in writing scripts for our podcasters who create our originals. You’ll work closely with the other key contributor and collaborate with Jamit’s co-founder and first writer.
- We are headquartered in Yaba, Lagos and this position can be based either in our office or fully remote wherever you are.
- At Jamit, you have to be creative, vibrant and energetic, eager to learn more, and resourceful.
- Daily responsibilities include writing, assisting producers, and proofreading senior writers’ scripts, guiding podcast hosts and more.
- Develop story ideas
- Writing scripts
- Brainstorming sessions
- Assist Podcasters with their content
- Assist Producers & Writers in final content development decisions
Job Requirements
- Love for podcasts and audio content
- Experience writing
- Current student at a University
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to relate with Gen Z generation with your work
- Active and engaging social media profiles
