Job Position: Credit Control Officer

Job Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

1. Debt collection for all centers and customers
2. Invoicing checking and distribution
3. WHT recoveries from all customers
4. Customer account updates and payment details
5. Reconciliation of Individual Customer account by CCE
6. Any other collection related responsibilities

Key Performance Indicator

1. Debt collection performance
2. Debt structure and aging – DAA and DSO
3. Above 180 days target
4. Above 90 days target
5. Bad Debt provision target
6. WHT aging target
7. Debt certification with customers

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or other related field of study.
2. Must have at least 2 years’ experience as a Credit Control Officer.
3. Must have basic understanding of accounting principles.
4. Must give timely and accurate data.
5. Must pay attention to details.
6. Must possess good communication skills.
7. Good customer service skills.
