Job Position: Client / Customer Care Executive

Job Location: Lekki Phase One, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Make outgoing calls to patients, referrals, and sales as needed
  2. Communicate effectively and professionally with patients, teammates, healthcare professionals,etc
  3. Consistently meet and attain required Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  4. Answer customer phone calls and provide them with the information that they request
  5. Resolve customer complaints in a fair manner
  6. Elevate customer concerns to managers and supervisors as needed
  7. Become knowledgeable about our company’s services
  8. Provide exceptional customer support in every phone call.

Job Requirements

  1. Candidates should possess an HND qualification with 2-3 years work experience in similar role
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  3. Available to resume immediately
  4. Proficient with MS Office and the ability to navigate multiple platforms.
  5. Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve patient concerns.
  6. Demonstrate soft skills to enhance patient experience
  7. Relevant work experience in the hospital will be an added advantage
  8. Certification in customer service profession is required
  9. Possess right work ethics of a client care personnel.
