Job Position: Customer Care Officer

Job Location: Sangotedo, Lekki, Lagos

Job Description

  1. Welcome clients, answer enquiries and troubleshoot complaints.
  2. Manage company phone lines: Answer all incoming calls and take messages.
  3. Sell company services to potential clients via cold calling and follow-ups.
  4. Plan, deliver and manage creative content on Social Media platforms.
  5. Raise company profile and its services via email marketing & advertising.
  6. Handle receipt and outgoing deliveries of documents, parcels, dispatch, etc.
  7. Keep updated visitor records and files.
  8. Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules, etc.

Job Requirements

  1. Degree holder with 2 years experience in a Front Desk or Customer Care role.
  2. Must reside at Sangogtedo/ Ajah axis.
  3. Excellent written and oral communication and friendly disposition.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word.
  5. 80% Social media handling skills, Content creating and management.
  6. Professional and pleasant telephone etiquette.
  7. Exceptional client interaction skills.
  8. Ability to multitask with attention to details and problem-solving skills.
  9. Strong organizing and time-management skills.
  10. Focused and growth-minded.
