Job Position: Customer Care Officer
Job Location: Sangotedo, Lekki, Lagos
- Welcome clients, answer enquiries and troubleshoot complaints.
- Manage company phone lines: Answer all incoming calls and take messages.
- Sell company services to potential clients via cold calling and follow-ups.
- Plan, deliver and manage creative content on Social Media platforms.
- Raise company profile and its services via email marketing & advertising.
- Handle receipt and outgoing deliveries of documents, parcels, dispatch, etc.
- Keep updated visitor records and files.
- Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules, etc.
- Degree holder with 2 years experience in a Front Desk or Customer Care role.
- Must reside at Sangogtedo/ Ajah axis.
- Excellent written and oral communication and friendly disposition.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word.
- 80% Social media handling skills, Content creating and management.
- Professional and pleasant telephone etiquette.
- Exceptional client interaction skills.
- Ability to multitask with attention to details and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizing and time-management skills.
- Focused and growth-minded.
