Job Position: Customer Care Representative

Job Location: Abuja

Job Responsibilities

  1. Answering all incoming phone calls on the official lines of the company.
  2. Reply to emails and give responses on all social media platforms.
  3. Help and assist customers and prospects with complaints and questions via calls, email and social media.
  4. Give customers and prospects detailed information about the products.
  5. Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  6. Assist in any capacity required in relating with the company’s clients and prospects.
  7. Meet sales targets by following up on leads and closing deals.

Job Requirements

  1. Minimum of HND / B.Sc in any field.
  2. Minimum of three years’ experience as a Customer Care Representative.
  3. Experience as a sales person is vital.
  4. Professional certification is an added advantage.
