Job Position: Customer Care Representative

Job Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Recruit potential customers by recommending goods or services and demonstrating how they benefit the customer personally
  2. Answer any questions the customer may have about available products and services
  3. Listen to customer concerns and complaints with the goal of identifying the causes of the problem
  4. Select appropriate responses to customer issues and work quickly to resolve them
  5. Anticipate customer needs, following up with previous customers to offer reorders or additional services
  6. Call center or customer service experience preferred
  7. Willingness to participate in training before hire and on-the job
  8. Excellent listening skills and an empathetic voice and manner
  9. Dedication to customer satisfaction
  10. Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment, multitasking while keeping focus on the customer
  11. Familiarity with all of the goods and services offered by the company.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree with 0 – 1 year relevant work experience.

N40,000 – N70,000 Monthly.
