Job Responsibilities
- Attending to inquiries from online customers
- Resolving customer complaints
- Updating reports
Job Requirements
- HND / Bachelor’s Degree qualification
- 1 – 2 years work experience.
- 22 – 27 years old
- Female/Male
- Customer service-oriented
- MUST be computer literate (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, & Microsoft PowerPoint)
- Good communication skills (spoken & written).
Salary
N40,000 / month.
