Job Position: Customer Experience Officer

Job Location: Ogba, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Tracking customer experiences across online and offline channels.
  2. Collaborating with other teams to enhance customer services and brand awareness.
  3. Aligning customer experience strategies with marketing initiatives. as well as informing customers about new product features and functionalities.

Job Requirements

  • A B.Sc / HND / OND in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Management or in a related field is preferred.
  • 1-2 years’ experience as a customer experience officer, or a similar customer support role.
  • Expert level; written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to Detail.
  • Quick to learn
  • Proficient in Microsoft office suite Office Excel and PowerPoint) and Google workspace
  • Knowledgeable in social media management
  • Solid knowledge of online customer engagement platforms and channels.​
  • Great organizational and time management abilities
  • Extensive experience in gathering and interpreting customer experience information.

N50,000 – N100,000 Monthly.
