Job Position: Customer Relations and Transaction Specialist

Job Location: Lekki / Ajah – Lagos

Job Description

  • The Customer Relations and Transaction Specialist is responsible to manage client transactions with the organization while delivering quality service within defined timeline.

Job Requirements
Customer Service Units & Bitcoin Account Management Unit:

  1. Monitor and Supervise Transactions
  2. Ensure Clients get Timely Response to all Enquiries for Bitcoin, USDT, Crypto
  3. Generating and Manage Reports

Giftcard Transaction Specialist Unit:

  • Adding clients that want to trade bitcoin and crypto generally to the bitcoin groups created for the CTRS operations.
  • Trading Gift cards daily
  • Generating and Manage Reports

Finance Unit:

  1. Monitor Day to Day operations in the department
  2. Reconciling payments to ensure the accounting system reflects the correct transactions.
  3. Performing daily financial transactions such as verifying, calculating and posting accounts receivable data
  4. Validate Withdrawals of and for Customers
  5. Ensure Cashflow is stable
  6. Process timely payments for all Clients
  7. Generating and Manage Reports
  8. Candidate should be around Lekki / Ajah

Job Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an OND with 0-1 year work experience.
