Job Position: Customer Relationship Executive (BPE)

Job Location: Magodo Phase 2, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Provide information and support to prospects, guiding them through the buyer journey till they become enrolled students.
  2. Take all necessary actions to grow enrolment number.
  3. Participate in sales and business development activities.
  4. Respond to all enquiries professionally.
  5. Participate in lecture and event preparations to ensure they run smoothly.
  6. Contribute to the development of new programs within the Simon Page portfolio.
  7. Build strong relationships with the students while representing and communicating the Simon Page brand values.
  8. Contribute to and participate in team bonding activities.
  9. Support the fostering of a conducive working environment and improve productivity.
  10. Research and keep updated on the needs of the customer as well as the competition.
  11. Engage in personal development activities and participate in weekly in-house training.
  12. Undertaking administrative tasks and any other task assigned by your manager.

Job Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 1-5 years experience.
