Job Position: Customer Sales Representative

Job Locations: Ikeja – Lagos and Benin – Edo

Job Description

  • We are hiring sales representatives to manage customer queries and complaints.
  • You will also be asked to process orders and modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Answer incoming and makes outgoing calls
  2. Respond to inquiries online i.e Instagram and WhatsApp
  3. Formulating high-quality written and visual content for each social media campaign.
  4. Building a social media presence by maintaining a solid online presence.
  5. Take customers orders
  6. Attends to clients and makes them welcome
  7. Responds to inquiries about the company.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a minimum of OND qualification
  • 1 year work experience.
  • Should be tech and social media savvy
  • Applicants that reside within, or around the axis of Ikeja (Ogba, Ketu, Ojodu, Agege, Alimosho, Magodo, Ogudu, etc) have a higher preference.

Salary
N60,000 – N80,000 monthly.
