Job Position: Customer Service

Job Locations: Lagos Island (Ikoyi, Falomo, Lekki, Vi, Ajah, Sangotedo, Obalend, CMC, Apapa, Iyana Oworo)

Job Responsibilities

  1. Assisting customers with processing transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, or payments, resolving complaints or account discrepancies, and answering questions.
  2. Up-selling and Cross-selling of bank’s products and services to existing and potential customers.
  3. Tracking, recording, reporting, and storing information related to transactions, and customers, ensuring all information is accurate and complete.
  4. Handling currency, transactions, and confidential information professionally..
  5. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  6. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
  7. Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  8. Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  9. Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  10. Communicating with customers through various channels.

Job Requirements

  1. OND / NCE / HND in any field
  2. Must not be more than 27 years old
  3. Cash handling experience and on-the-job training may be required.
  4. Exceptional time management, communication, and customer service skills.
  5. High level of accountability, efficiency, and accuracy.
  6. Good knowledge of MS Office especially Excel and Word
  7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  8. High level of accountability, and accuracy.
