Job Position: Customer Service Associate
Job Locations: Victoria Island and Lekki – Lagos
- We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our retail pharmacy store as a Customer Service Representative.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, attending to in-store and online customer inquiries, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. To be eligible for immediate employment, candidates must reside in or around Victoria Island and Lekki.
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide information about products, promotions, and store policies.
- Attend to customer inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Maintain a welcoming and tidy store environment.
- Assist customers in locating products and making informed purchasing decisions.
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Respond to online customer inquiries via email, chat, or social media.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure prompt resolution of online issues.
- Actively promote store products and ongoing promotions.
- Participate in the execution of in-store events and marketing initiatives.
- Candidates should possess an HND/BSc in any relevant field.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
- Work Monday to Friday, 9 am to 9 pm, and alternate weekends from 9 am to 9 pm.
- Must be ready to stand for extended periods and attend to customer needs efficiently.
- Reside in or around Victoria Island, Surulere, Yaba, Bariga, Obalende, and Lekki.
- Flexibility to work extended hours and alternate weekends.
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
- Proficiency in using basic computer applications.
