Job Position: Sales / Customer Service Associate

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Description

  • In this role, you will serve as the first line of contact for walk in customers. You will be responsible for welcoming guests and assisting them to find outfits that meet their needs.
  • You will be required to adequately guide the customer through the store and convince them to make a purchase.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Greet customers, respond to questions and provide outstanding customer service.
  2. Take and manage large amounts of incoming phone calls.
  3. Respond to online enquiries, process and fulfill order requests.
  4. Book shipments for delivery.
  5. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions & alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  6. Guide and advise customers on product selection.
  7. Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards throughout the sales floor.
  8. Introduce promotions and opportunities to customers.
  9. Generate sales leads & meet sales targets.
  10. Cross-sell products to increase sales.
  11. Ensure shopping experiences are memorable for all walk in customers.
  12. Assist customers in the fitting room.
  13. Anticipate customer needs and provide data for sales forecasts.
  14. Prepare and maintain sales records and reports for upper management.
  15. Monitor and analyze sales / market trends.
  16. Take daily stock count, monitor and maintain inventory levels.
  17. Ensure new merchandise gets to the sales floor promptly.
  18. Ensure the overall cleanliness, health & safety regulations of the store daily.
  19. Responsible for security within the store as well as watching out for fraudulent acts.
  20. Stay on top of the latest fashion trends and styles.

Job Requirements

  • HND or BSC in any related discipline preferably marketing, business, and finance.
  • 1 to 3 years experience in direct sales.
  • Experience in the fashion industry is a plus.

N85,000 – N100,000 monthly.
