Job Description

  • We need an experienced, responsible and trust worthy individual to fill this role of a Customer Service Officer (Front Desk)
  • Only Female and must reside in Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Greet guests and provide them with superb customer service.
  2. Ensure the reception is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies
  3. Answer all client questions and incoming calls.
  4. Redirect phone calls to the appropriate department and take down messages.
  5. Accept all letters and packages, and distribute them to their appropriate departments.
  6. Monitor, organize and forward emails.
  7. Maintain records and files.

Job Requirements

  1. B.Sc Degree in any discipline. Customer Service certification would be an added advantage
  2. Must have 4 to 5 years working experience.
  3. Proven customer support experience
  4. Track record of over-achieving quota
  5. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  6. Good Social Media Management Skills
  7. Good Use of Office Package
  8. Familiar with CRM systems and practices
  9. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  10. Excellent communication and presentation skills
  11. Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  12. Good Computer Skills
  13. Must reside in Lagos and on the Mainland
