Job Position: Customer Service Intern

Job Location: Garki, Abuja (FCT)

Job Description 

  1. Responding to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat
  2. Assisting customers with product or service issues and troubleshooting
  3. Processing returns, exchanges, and refunds
  4. Updating customer account information in the company’s database
  5. Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues
  6. Conducting customer satisfaction surveys and analyzing feedback
  7. Creating and updating customer service documentation and FAQs
  8. Assisting with social media customer service inquiries and responses
  9. Participating in training sessions and team meetings
  10. Contributing to ongoing customer service improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates should possess B.Sc Degrees with 1 – 2 years relevant work experience.
